Subscription, Credits & Refund Policy

K9ScanAI offers two distinct access tiers:

Free Tier:

• Standard photo breed identification.
• Ad-supported interface (banners and interstitials).
• Standard Breed Explorer with core breed entries.
• Single dog profile in "My Pack."

K9ScanAI Premium:

• Unlimited photo breed scans.
• Complete access to all 625 recognized breeds, varieties, and landraces.
• Comprehensive physical trait metrics, temperament profiles, and care considerations.
• Unlimited canine profiles in "My Pack."
• Advanced consultations with "Ask AI Vet & Cynologist."
• Complete removal of all third-party advertisements.

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, managed via third-party subscription management services.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Price Revisions: Axxa Media reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with advance notification.

To cancel auto-renewal:

• iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > K9ScanAI > Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > K9ScanAI > Cancel.

Upon cancellation, Premium benefits remain active until the prepaid period concludes.

All transactions are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Axxa Media has no technical authority to grant direct refunds.

• iOS: Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Android: Request refunds via Google Play Store customer support.

Any promotional scan credits provided have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for legal tender, and may be modified or retired at Axxa Media's discretion.
