Axxa Media, LLC provides clear, verifiable mechanisms to delete your account and personal data from K9ScanAI. In compliance with Google Play Data Safety standards, Apple App Store Privacy mandates, the GDPR, and the CCPA, this document provides the steps to permanently delete your data.
2. In-App Self-Service Deletion
To delete your account directly within K9ScanAI:
- Open K9ScanAI on your device.
- Tap the Profile / Settings icon in the navigation bar.
- Select "Account & Security."
- Tap "Delete Account & Data."
- Review the confirmation prompt and tap "Permanently Delete My Account."
Your session is immediately revoked and all cloud records are scheduled for permanent destruction.
3. Web-Based Verified Request Workflow
If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, submit a verified deletion request via email:

- Information Required: Registered account email address and confirmation of deletion intent.
Verification Protocol:
Our privacy desk will dispatch a security verification code to the registered email address to confirm identity before executing permanent deletion.
4. What Data is Purged vs. Retained
Permanently Purged within Thirty (30) Calendar Days:
- User account profile, account identifiers, registered email address, and authentication credentials.
- All "My Pack" canine profiles, dog nicknames, photos, and wellness notes.
- All scan history records, confidence scores, and uploaded dog imagery.
- All "Ask AI Vet & Cynologist" conversational logs.
Retained Data:
- Anonymized transaction confirmation numbers and tax records are retained exclusively for corporate tax and statutory audit compliance.
5. Crucial Warning Regarding App Store Subscriptions
Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel recurring subscriptions billed through Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
You must cancel your subscription directly in device settings:
- iOS: Settings > [Apple ID] > Subscriptions > K9ScanAI > Cancel.
- Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > K9ScanAI > Cancel.
Cancel your recurring Apple App Store or Google Play subscription in device settings before deleting your account to prevent continued billing.
Initiate Verified Account Deletion
For security, deletion requests submitted outside the mobile application must be verified via your registered account email address. Clicking below will open your email client with a pre-formatted verification request to our privacy intake desk.
