Subscription, Credits & Refund Policy

TasteScribe AI offers flexible access models designed to accommodate culinary hobbyists and dedicated heirloom preservationists alike:

Free Tier:

• Standard personal Recipe Vault (up to 25 saved recipes).
• Ad-supported interface with banner and interstitial placements.
• Rewarded ad recipe scans: Watch short sponsor video ads to earn bonus AI OCR recipe digitizing credits.
• Core culinary unit conversion and basic pantry management.

TasteScribe AI Premium Tier:

• Unlimited Recipe Vault storage capacity.
• Unrestricted AI OCR manuscript and cookbook card digitization.
• Expanded Nutrition Intelligence (complete micronutrients, glycemic estimates, macro trends).
• Advanced "Healthier Alternatives" recipe transformation engine.
• Multilingual recipe translation across 14 supported languages.
• Complete removal of all third-party advertisements.

All purchases, auto-renewing monthly subscriptions, and annual subscriptions are processed directly through Apple Inc. (In-App Purchase) or Google LLC (Google Play Billing).

Subscription Lifecycle:

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Price Changes: Axxa Media reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing. Any price revision will be communicated in advance, and existing subscribers will receive notice via their app store account before price changes take effect.

You may cancel your TasteScribe AI Premium subscription at any time. When cancelled, your Premium benefits remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier.

How to Cancel on iOS (Apple iPhone/iPad):

1. Open the "Settings" app on your Apple device.
2. Tap your Name / Apple ID banner at the top.
3. Tap "Subscriptions."
4. Select "TasteScribe AI."
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.

How to Cancel on Android:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions."
4. Select "TasteScribe AI."
5. Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow on-screen instructions.

Because TasteScribe AI transactions are processed directly by Apple Inc. or Google LLC, Axxa Media, LLC does NOT hold your billing information and has NO technical authority to process, approve, or issue direct cash refunds.

• iOS Refund Requests: You must submit your refund request directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple evaluates refund requests under its independent consumer policies.
• Android Refund Requests: You can request refunds through Google Play customer support within the refund windows established by Google Play policies.

Axxa Media does not grant pro-rata refunds for partially used billing cycles.

Free-tier users may earn non-monetary digital scan credits by voluntarily viewing rewarded sponsor advertisements.

Terms Governing Credits:

1. Credits possess no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or legal tender.
2. Credits are subject to ad network availability and daily usage quotas.
3. Axxa Media reserves the right to modify credit earning rates, adjust token costs for AI operations, or discontinue rewarded ad features at any time.
