Community & UGC Guidelines

TasteScribe AI is built to celebrate the joy of cooking, preserve heirloom family heritage, and foster an inspiring, supportive environment for culinary creators worldwide.

These Community & User-Generated Content Guidelines govern all public interactions within TasteScribe AI—including publishing recipes to the Recipe Hub, creating public creator channels, posting recipe reviews, and sharing cooking notes. By engaging in public community features, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

Cooking is a creative art, but food safety is non-negotiable. You agree NOT to publish or share recipes that:

1. Contain dangerous, inedible, toxic, or hazardous non-food items (e.g., household chemicals, poisonous plants, wild mushrooms with high toxicity risks).
2. Advocate unsafe food preparation practices (e.g., canning low-acid foods without pressure canning, or consuming raw high-risk animal products without food safety warnings).
3. Contain illicit substances, controlled narcotics, or illegal additives.
4. Promote disordered eating, severe nutritional deprivation, or unverified dangerous dietary fads.

We honor the intellectual property of chefs, authors, and culinary publishers.

Rules for Publishing:

• Share Original Recipes & Family Traditions: We celebrate original creations, adaptations of classic methods, and generational heirloom dishes.
• Do Not Plagiarize Commercial Cookbooks: While raw ingredient lists are generally not copyrightable under US law, original literary headnotes, creative step descriptions, and copyrighted professional photography ARE protected. Do not copy-paste full commercial cookbook manuscripts into public channels.
• Give Credit: Whenever adapting an existing chef's recipe, include clear attribution in the recipe description notes.

Every kitchen has room for different cultures, techniques, and dietary choices. We maintain zero tolerance for:

• Hate Speech & Harassment: Slurs, derogatory attacks, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or gender.
• Bullying & Trolling: Mocking beginner cooks, leaving abusive reviews, or attacking creators.
• Commercial Spam & Scams: Posting affiliate spam, malware links, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial advertisements in comments or profile bios.
• Impersonation: Falsely claiming to be a celebrity chef, licensed dietitian, or another creator.

To keep our community safe and welcoming, Axxa Media utilizes both automated algorithmic filters and human moderation:

• Automated Screening: Content filters detect profanity, spam links, and restricted keywords prior to public display.
• Community Flagging: Users can report any recipe, review, or comment using the in-app "Flag Content" tool.
• Enforcement Penalties: Violations may result in recipe removal, temporary suspension of publishing privileges, or permanent account termination without prior notice.

If you believe that your copyrighted culinary work has been published on TasteScribe AI without authorization, send a formal DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent:

6. Your physical or electronic signature.
