1. Access Tiers & Entitlements
PlantDr AI offers two operational access tiers:
Free Tier:
- Basic plant identification.
- Ad-supported experience.
- Rewarded ad diagnostic evaluations: Watch sponsor video ads to earn bonus plant health assessments.
- Standard "My Garden" registry (up to 5 plants).
PlantDr AI Premium:
- Unlimited botanical species identifications.
- Unlimited AI plant health and pathogen diagnoses.
- Custom Feeding & Recovery Schedules tailored to your plants.
- Full access to Ambient Lux Meter lighting evaluations.
- Complete removal of all third-party advertisements.
2. Billing, In-App Purchases & Auto-Renewal
All purchases are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing, reconciled via third-party subscription management services.
- Recurring Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Price Updates: Axxa Media reserves the right to revise pricing with advance notice.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel auto-renewal:
- iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > PlantDr AI > Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > PlantDr AI > Cancel.
Upon cancellation, Premium benefits remain active until the prepaid period concludes.
4. Refund Policy
All transactions are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Axxa Media has no authority to grant direct refunds.
- iOS: Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Android: Request refunds via Google Play Store customer support.
Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google pursuant to their platform terms. Axxa Media cannot issue direct store credits or overrides.
5. Rewarded Ad Credits Terms
Diagnostic credits earned through viewing rewarded ads carry no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-transferable, and may be modified or retired at Axxa Media's discretion.
